The account does not have a reconciliation process, which I do not consider good for a bookkeeping process & they do not refund your money. I already requested a refund twice thru your biller 2 Checkout. I rmb paying for this app last time in the older version when it was a 1 time payment instead of subscription. Now that i wanted to use it again but the layment mode have changed and im unable to recover my previous purchase. It's been two years since I've started using the program, it makes you pay attention to your money.

The program installs desktop icons without asking and leaves a folder behind on removal. We do not recommend this program. I hate the new update, I'm colorblind and it's now much harder to see what it says when accounts are in the red while using the dark theme.
It's easy enough to establish different accounts and start entering transactions--the interface is fairly intuitive--but some of the features make no sense at all. For example, when entering a transaction, users are forced to create a subcategory for each one. Subcategories are a great option to have, but they needn't be mandatory.
